Well I use a little bit of silicone oil at the nut on my guitars. After plenty of trem arm use, pulling up and pushing down, my 50's and 60's tend to go a touch flat.
Thats the opposite to your problem.

How tight are the securing screws for the bridge? Mine are quite loose. Without strings the bridge rattles around good and proper.
