super reverb, deluxe reverb

i have a hot rod deville 410 im using right now and im looking for something with less power but something totally gig capable(smaller bar/club gigs). i was thinking either a super reverb reissue(45 watts) or deluxe reverb reissue(22 watts). i know the super reverb will have plenty of clean headroom but afraid if i crank it that it will be too loud, and im afraid that the deluxe reverb will break up too soon and not be able to cut through cleanly when i want. what do you think? share your experiences with these two amps.

thanks!
