Super Champ XD has arrived...

The UPS driver delivered the new Super Champ XD today. I unboxed it already and tested it out briefly with the 50's Classic Strat. Sounds as great here as it did in the store. When I have more time over the weekend end I really spend some time going through it's voicing selections and built-in effects. By ordering through MF, it came with a free Fender Premium Gold instrument Cable, which seems very nice. Fender seems to have a winner with these small tube amps.

I certainly will. I'm working on the recording/posting aspect here too. So I'll use a few different Strats and some variable pedals and well as straight in. Seems like a nice home amp so far, and gets pretty loud too.

Still no review so I went out yesterday and bought a vibro champ XD from a neighbour. (Really good deal so I can easily sell if I don't like it!) Haven't even powered it up yet but will do a brief review once I play with it a little. One thing I like already are the knobs........they don't feel as cheap as a lot of other small practice amps.
