I should mention that I came up with the settings I posted above with the stock speaker. I now have an Eminence Rajin' Cajun installed, so when I get time, I'll update the settings.

Nice idea. I've never played a Super Champ, but I must say it really intrigues me.

The billm model suggestions are spot on. Scanning Ray's I'd say, without actually playing thru them, near to spot on themselves. Nice job. For me I always have my bass at 10 and adjust the treble to suit. But that's just me.
I like using a few pedal affects also not only thru channel 1 but they get some extra gonads on channel 2 voice 1.

I apologize for not quite getting your English but I think you're asking about how to sound like Hendrix?
If you're trying to get the clean sounds he used, those are all there with most any of the Fender voices.

As far as his distortion tones, he used a fuzz pedal mostly and the XD doesn't offer that sound although voice 9 with the treble (high freq) rolled off a little is kind of fuzzy.

The Digitech pedal is pretty specialized from what I can hear in one youtube clip. If you're not using it with Channel 1 that could be the problem. The voicings on Channel 2 might interfere with getting the pedal to perform right.
Most of those sounds on the pedal are variations of the same thing with a lot different EQ settings built in.
That's all I can suggest. Good luck with it.

Glad I could help. I've never heard that pedal before. It sounded interesting. Not my cup of tea but sounds pretty realistic.
Have fun.

Raytonium, how big of a difference was there with the new Rajun Cajun speaker? I am really intrigued buy this amp for home playing but want the best tone possible. Is it worth the upgrade?

Best thing is to take it to a tech who knows Fender amps. If its less than 5 years old, take it to a Fender authorized repair shops-they may repair it free of charge.
