I have read this forum a couple of times as a non-member and finally decided to sign up! Everyone seems to have a great attitude here and I've noticed that nearly every post here gets lots of relpies.
I currently play just one electric guitar and that's a 2006 American Deluxe Stratocaster (3 tone sunburst, mn). The strat doesn't have any original electronics in it. I've had it fitted with 2 texas specials and a super distortion humbucker and I've gotten rid of the stupid s-1 switching system (at least I think it's stupid and useless
). It has had many humbuckers in it and I'm not completely happy with the super distortion either. Considering possibly a Pearly Gates next, We'll see...
Strats have always been "my thing". I've had many electrics including a few LP type guitars and a couple of Teles, but I alway seem to grab the strat first. Currently I'm saving for a American Vintage 62 strat
