I’m playing the Walking bass line.
Everybody is welcome to do “whatever” talent NOT required at all. Feel free to start a ‘new’ version or add on to somebody else’s. No rules.
Well, let it be known I’m a self-taught musical hack and just anything I say could be wrong . So, by all means use a scale\mode that works.
I do have an Ab in the Bb7 chord voicing (Bb - Ab, C, D, F). I also used an Ab in the D7 part of the bass line.
Yea, I tried to put down some guitar tracks and I’m not hearing it ether.
I’m going to take a step back and work on mixing in the bass guitar. Read up on some recording faqs and get that process down. The bass sounds "Crisp and Clear" at my house, but still weak on normal computer speakers.
