Registration is now open for testing purposes -- if you wish to be among the first beta testers sign up now at:
Squier-Talk Home
The site will open for real in the next few days. At present this will be the only announcement.

Thanks all -- to see it go to Squier-Talk Home (that's a surprise, eh?)

Cool, looks good !
Any chance of expanding the user name max # of characters by 1 or 2 ? I'm one short of registering my full name/moniker.
Or, I can use initials. No biggie.

I don't know enough about Squiers, or love them the way some guys here do, to think about beta testing, but it's good to know there's another forum dedicated to these budget priced great instruments coming!
My two Squiers seem to be my favourite guitars at the moment.

that's how they get you. Next thing you know your guitar collection is down to just Squiers, and when the time comes to get a new guitar you find yourself looking at more Squiers.

I know, right?!?
If you'd have told me this time last year that i'd have 5
Squiers & be constantly hunting for good deals on more
of them, i'd have told you to put down your crack pipe.
But here i am... 5 Strats & always hunting for more.

yeah about 2 years ago that's how I was. "why would I play anything other then my super sweet, neck through, coil split Schector???"
Then it got stolen. **(RRRAAGGGEEEE!!!!!!!)**
About a half year after that I realized I'd grown very fond of the green squier I'd been using to teach with.
Damn if it didn't snowball from there. Now I've got 4 Squiers and no other brand of electric in the house. On top of that I love my cv50's so much I'm actually considering buying the same exact guitar again. Same finish, same case, everything.
I wouldn't have believed it, I use to be a bit of a gear snob, but not anymore.

Oh man... i'm too jealous.
But i'd be even more jealous if you got
a White 50's instead of another Burst.

Hey I saw you mentioned you like White, me to, Thats why I bought this Sham Kamikaze, same Pups as the CV 50's Strat, except it has reverse angled bridge and reverse headstock, and it is a stunning Guitar

I'm down, I like my Squiers and they have certainly taught me a thing or two about USA-ONLY attitude.
