Ok I will give you an OPINION , I am far from a expert .

I fit was MY money

no way no how !

assuming it IS an actual higway one body that was unmolested i would say yes .

BUT

one of the best parts of that guitar is the thin skin finish , and this one has been ruined by some dude trying to relic the thing .

thats my opinion, but the important thing is what do you think of it , I have seen people pay more for a genuine fender body for sure, but i dont dig the relic job on that one bit, just looks beat to death to me

Thanks guys! Yeah the relic job isn't the best but I was thinking more about the body itself, still on the fence but will pass on info if I end up passing.

Who cares if it's relic'd

If you can live with it, and it is in fact authentic USA fender goods, it's worth it.

I just bought a brand new hwy1 body (with a nick in it) for $170 off ebay

sheesh, 150 for the body? i was planning on selling my hwy1 jbass for like 400...

the thing finish is really cool though. but because of that, i'd rather have the unmolested one and relic it myself.
