None more Black Strat value ?

Hi all, new to the forum and need some advice. I have a "None More Black" strat that I bought at GC back in '06 and a friend is asking about buying it. Does anyone have any idea what the value would be? I remember it being a limited edition, less than 300 copies made. Couldn't find any ebay sales or other web info on it's value. TIA

Well only 250 copies were made. I found a post where a guy sold it on craigslist for $1,200. Only info i could find on it. Very rare guitar, haha.

I didn't know they made one like that. I changed my MIM SSH to this by changing pickguard, hardware, and installing a ebony neck when the original neck needed to be refretted.
