New guitar day!!!! Yippee :-\
So, I got the Deluxe today. Upon further investigation found out it is actually a '07. So, I don't think it has the N3 pups ( I guess a working knowledge of what you are selling is not a pre-req. for being "the guitar guy" at Guitar Center). But it does have the Samarium cobalt noiseless pups and the S1 switching, locking tuners and cool ass metal logo. No chips or dings some light scratches on the back and pickguard. No case or whammy bar. But, all in all I would says it is a 9.5 overall. And for 800 bucks, I am a happy camper. Sorry for the crappy pics, the good camera is in the shop. I didn't get the difference in the G&L MIA, MIM and lower end MIA's compared to the high end MIA's until I actually played this one. It feels as solidly built as my Epi Les Paul and the tone(s) are awesome. The neck is bigger than I am used too, but it plays like butter. So, I guess I am now a convert, thanks to all for your input.

In my opinion, that's the ideal Strat. I've owned many, but I've never had the joy of owning the perfect Strat. Oh, lucky man!
Here's to many long and productive decades together!
What a looker

I prefer that my amps remain fish free, however, as long as I have a face...

Almost ideal...I like the sunburst with the classic 50's maple fretboard look. Oh...just like mine!

I kinda wish they would have tinted the neck (made it a little darker) to better show of the headstock logo.
