Yo Amstratnut - I wish it was tonight, so I could get it over with! I hate having something hanging over my head....my nerves can't take it!! However, the 3 round isn't until June 24th[the last Thursday of the month]. Thanks for the broken leg though.....now I'm limping around needlessly.

Wow....thanks guys!! I'm pretty pumped up for next Thursday, and will definitely let you know what happens. I'm trying not to analyze it too much, I just want to show up and do what I do ya know? Hopefully the folks I'm playing for will continue to like it and if not, it just means I'm not what they are looking for. Either way, I've been having a good time with it.....THANK YOU for the support!!!

Very nice performace... As long as you keep yourself fresh, focused and you playing vibrant songs like that, I see more good things in this contest for you. Best of luck on the next round!

Tony Ive been to all competitions thus far at my local GC (Fairfax, VA)...I can tell you that while there have been some fine guitarist none of those that won here are at your level as for as I can hear and see!...of course thats just my opinion but you should be feelin' confident! Have fun and wail next Thursday!!!

Just curious, what backing track are you gonna jam too on Thursday?

Great stuff, Tony. Just fan-damn-tastic. I love those guitars, too, but I'd love ANY guitar if I could play it as well as you. Many congrats, bruh.

First of all, again - thank you for the encouragement everyone! I am just gonna try to play my best, and hope the judges like it. As for the track I'm gonna play to Paulbiz, I don't really know yet! In the last two rounds, I've waited 'till the day of the competition to pick. It seems to have worked thus far, so I'll probably just continue that trend......it helps me to stay "fresh" like StratDen said....!!

Thats cool Tony, I wish I had the chops to play to anything, regardless of key, without a ton of practice in advance!...I should make my goal to compete in King of The Blues 2011...not so much to try to win, but just to compete without embarrassing myself!

Anyway, good luck!!!
