Static from the scratchplate - help

I get slight static from my CP '50, when touching the scratchplate. Is this caused by loose connections in the jack or something else. Anyone else know what the problem could be ??? Current plate has full shielding though cavity is unshielded. All soldering is original and appears fine.

Thanks Techies.
