Changing pickups?

Okay, I just bought a new strat I've been out of the loop for about 20 years or so after having an accident with a plasma cutter, any rate.

Back when I was playing if you wanted a humbucker pickup on a strat it was somewhat of a pain to do. I've been looking into the Seymour Duncan JB Jr Pickup as a possible alternative to getting a pickguard to house a humbucker. Anyone have any first hand knowledge/experience on this?

Yup, I have the JB Jr. Good option for a humbucker. Changing it myself was pretty straightforward. I really prefer it to the sound of the different single coils that I tried.
