You can remove the strings (or loosen them) remove the pickguard and see all the info right there on the parts on your guitar. Since it's a HR '62 it could be a bit more specialized than other new Strats as they are both "vintage" and "hot rodded" they could be a special set of parts.
A real '62 or even a '62 reissue and just about all stock Strat models of that era (or representing that era) would have 250k audio taper volume and tone pots and 2 ceramic capacitors (probably .1 MFD on that model). But since this model isn't exactly reflective of that it's more difficult to say, but I"m guessing that this is what you should expect in your guitar. That would be the pretty standard setup.
As to brands, Fender has use many different brands over the years. Probably the most famous would be CTS posts. I can't help you on the brand of the caps, that's a detail I don't see discussed much.
