Well there is already something that would fit in that description you just said.

Jainism, they take a lot of vowels and one is that they shall not eat nor drink during nighttime because they might unknowingly kill a bug.

And they don't pick for example fruit/berries etc from the tree, plant or bushes, that's also forbidden, you'll have to wait for the fruit to naturally fall down by itself.

And oh yeah if you die out of starvation. That's considered an honorable death.

Depends how you look at it, is you and your families wellbeing less important than the bee's and animals?

Not saying that we should eat more meat, hold animals in captivity or anything, just thinking that's not a good way to prioritize things.

I actually don't eat meat, nor I buy (or at least I try) things that are made or produced with the suffering of others (animals or not ). I don't think that we, as species need to eat meat, or milk or what ever. I can't leave the cheese sadly but im goin' for it. I think that nobodies wellbein' is worth death, pain or injure of others.

I'm not looking to start an argument or anything, I respect your choice. But you really can't say that we as a species don't need to eat meat. There's no evidence to back that on the contrary there's tons of evidence that say that we should be eating meat, and that fat from meat is healthy for us unlike carbs like rice, pasta, potato etc and you can't deny the fact that our teeth and jaw is evolved and formed specifically to eat and break down meat.

Well we have vestigial organs, the fact that we have teeth for meat don't mean we need to use them. Just saying' that we as species have reached potencial to satisfy our need without an animal holocaust, that its not only a great source of contamination, but actually a great source of diseases. The water and lands used to grow a hamburguer is actually a lot more than for vegetables, and the poor conditions of meat industries is actually intoxicating people with antibiotics, and other crap used to stop dead animals to go bad.

And you know, vegs and vegetarians aren't actually dropin' dead, and according to my doctor Im healthier than ever. Except for cigarretes, of course

As a very strict vegetarian (~95% vegan) for 40+ years I call BS. This is just another case of people talking about things that they know little or nothing about just to stir the pot. If you want to make a graveyard of your body that's your business just as it's another person's choice not do so. Turning it into a game show shark is unnecesary and condesending IMHO. YMMV.
