Got it! And it sounds amazing, are you sure this is free? I put it on a stereo bus track and blended it in with stock values and it was cool already :)

Thanks @fezz parka for the hint.

Now that you have that.. there are a couple others that are free you can play with as well.

First Izotope vocal doubler. Has an interesting visual interface which is cool enough.

Lastly this one, which seems to be generally similar to the initial one you've been working with. Still free though and worth a look if interested.

I'll leave evaluations up to your own ears and sensibilities. :)

Well, this would seem to me to be approaching being done. (To my untutored cyborg ear, at least.

Had to run before I could comment earlier, but yeah to me its sounding pretty darn close. Now me I never know when to quit tinkering... sounding good though.

In re-listening I hear at about 1:23 that it drops the left channel for a sec.

It occurs to me that I HAVE NO WAY TO ASSESS THIS!! :D I am deaf and only have cyborg hearing on one side. :D Boy confirms it but said it's just me jacking up one of the guitar tracks. Then he said "well, it's punk..."

    Kids... :D

Maybe copy an identical 2 sec from earlier in the guitar track and paste it in?

This is a first. I believe I am going to have to ride a (virtual) fader on the snare drum. That's odd. Probably will do so on the VOX as well.

Honestly, I am pretty happy with this as a presentation of the tune and representation of what it is we do.

Screw the EQ, I re-tracked the vocals. :D Now I am starting closer to what I want them to sound like.

I just listened twice on the monitors and it sounds good to me, I like the contrast between the slightly laid back vocals and rather aggressive guitar.

Perhaps the crash is a bit fizzy or washed out?

Thanks for listening. Honestly, I am not really good enough at all of this to have everything planned out in detail. Pretty much garage band, best I can.

This is easily the hardest thing I have ever tried to do. Here is a total strip down and re-mix with vox tracked again. This is so dang hard.

Am I at least approaching Bandcamp release quality?
