That's eating right on the camping trip!
Give me a choice between sweets and really good Mexican food and I will take the Mexican food every time.
We had home made tacos with our teenage grandkids last night.

Looks good to me. I'd replace the meat with something, otherwise yum! I'm getting more into cooking now that I have 'settled down'.

Sure, if you want to take the easy way out . . .

But seriously, it was odd that he made the meat into chili.

Certainly a more authentic way of cooking.

What surprised me was the tortilla was a thin dough, and flour. Traditionally should have been maize (corn) and made into a thin batter. Then poured onto a flat rock next to the fire.

And the protein would most likely have been beans, but if meat probably chicken.

That was an interesting knife. Straight cutting edge but a large face, and obviously razor sharp the way it cut those tomatoes.

In Spanish burrito is a diminutive of burro- donkey. So burritos are little donkeys.

Good thing American food doesn't have such misleading names. Pass me a hotdog, which is neither hot (spicy) nor a dog (hopefully).

I am hungry now. Unfortunately the only burrito available to me right now is a frozen one from 7-11.

The words burrito and wrong don't belong in the same sentence. Shame on you.
