Some of the best Strats I've heard are from '65. Great, deep bell chime. Wonder what they were doing with the pickups that year.

I’m afraid to say that I don’t understand your opening words of introduction. No problem, but I can’t respond to you.

Here's my #1, Rosalie, a MiM-based Partscaster in Candy Apple Red.

Her neck is from a 1995 MIM strat. I've no idea what happened to the original body (according the S/N it would've been black) as I just bought the neck. Everything else I bought and assembled myself.

She's in HSS config, with a Seymour Duncan Little 59 at the bridge, a Duncan designed pup in the mid position that came out of my Squier VM 70s bridge, and an AxesRUs Red Mag in the neck position. She has a 1 meg volume pot, and a Fender TBX as master tone control. The variety of sounds I can get from this beauty is quite something. I'm fairly sure the mid pup being originally a bridge pup means that positions 2 and 4 on the selector are out of phase, which I kind of like.

    Not a Strat but,,,,

it’s a 1963 Fender Duo Sonic. Started life as a Dakota Red but previous owner removed the paint so I had the refinisher here at the piano shop I work at refinish it in a custom color.

All original except for paint. Everything including original pickups, pots and more work perfect.

Lol yes it’s very flamed and I was shocked at how flamed it was when I first seen it especially since the Duo Sonic was a cheap student model.
