So, does anybody have ideas for #284?
Really? Please kill me now...
Easy but hard?
That is a crazy good funky rhythm
I'd almost be hesitant to ruin it by playing over it.
Tell me what you want and I can come up with something. A waltz, a samba, reggae, 60's psychedelia, country whatever. Hopefully we can do something a bit more engaging than a blues, but that can be arranged (pun intended) too. Some hardcore funk would be fun for us players.
Folk music from the northern regions of Uzbekistan ?
... and to think, I quit drinking ......
Seriously, this isnt a difficult thing to figure out.
Pick a genre, (yes, it will have been done before, thats the way it is) and go for it.
How about 90s Thrash Metal?
Bet I have your attention now ...
50s Rock and Roll?
60s Ohio Funk?
2000s Pop ... how about Lady Gaga?
Laugh all you want, there are some ass kicking Metal covers of her songs out there.
Classic Country? (please no )
70s Arena Rock?
80 Cheese Ballads?
........... seriously guys, dont overthink it. Not everyone likes every choice, (myself included) but for them, theres always next week.
Yeah, picked the wrong day to give up sniffing glue
So...I haven't been around in next to forever and I'm a bit late on this one as well. But here it goes anyway.
Good to see you again @ultrahedgehog
Sounds good man, spacey and moody.
Here's mine. I used my "Mossy" Fretwire kit guitar on stock neck mini humbucker. Effects used were: Mosky Golden Horse, Tech21 Sansamp GT2, Rowin Analog Delay and the Mosky Spring Reverb. I mostly used volume knob swells while playing just to do something a little different.
The Golden Horse was set with the gain at about 9 o'clock, treble at about 11 o'clock and output was full. The Sansamp used the California Clean setting with no extra gain. The Delay was set for about 3 short repeats and the Reverb was at about 10 o'clock on mix and dwell.
