    No, that isn't really me...

The concept should cheer a few people up, even if the playing doesn't. :D

@simoncroft, that was the perfect listen as I prepare for bed. Very cool and relaxed playing.

Don't judge a book by its cover
I'm not much of a man by the light of day
But by night I'm one hell of a lover
    I'm just a sweet transvestite- Dr. Frank N Croft, I presume :D

Sweet chill playing Simon and with lots of dynamic expressive lines!

Fantastic track! :D I'm sure I could do it a lot more justice than this but this one, first take was for my own relaxation and pleasure. I could sit on this groove all day!!!
Well done guys and thank you for sharing it. I wish I could spend more time on doing it justice.

@simoncroft You have got stretched the limits of note expression here Sir with sutble but gritty enough speaking tone. Very well good vibratos and crazy bends, me likes a lot.

I usually do that after I've uploaded it and it sounds horrid when it plays back from Soundcloud...

@s5tuart – Your delicate, subtle bends and focused tone remind me a lot of Peter Green in the early Fleetwood Mac days.

@Thrup'ny Bit – Great! This is the theme for the coolest Western you’ve never seen. It walks down Main Street with quiet menace.

@bolognahead – Very nice, fluid octave work. You always find the notes I wish I’d thought to use! Strong rhythm too.

@mjark – Another of your very effective two-guitar arrangements. Love the funky licks and interplay between the two parts.

@Brian H – You’ve really gelled with that Strat, to the point it’s become an instrument of your will. Super-cool take.

@s5tuart , Nice take. Love the tone you found for that one. If you're looking for more, I hear that @simoncroft is hoarding an 18 minute version somewhere.

@bolognahead, finger picking suits you. Do more of it. Actually, using a pick suits you too. Nice take. I agree on the octaves as a really cool touch and your phrasing has something to say but sits nicely with the band, giving everyone their space. :thumb:

    Like the outro too.

@knh555 – This is definitely the most chilled I've ever heard you play, and it really suits the track. Enjoy your new Ibanez! If they're good enough for George Benson...

The full version of the track is 'hidden' here:
