Diggin that Gold !! WTG
My Aerodyne Classic or my US 1993 SE who knows it would take a serious offer of money to part with either of them
Yes, Steve Marriott 's Black Strat, His son Toby brought it by for me to document and help him sell a few years ago, Toby ended up selling to a close friend of his family..
I like my Hendrix Woodstock strat replica - 1950's musicmaster pickups. Sat it in a window for six months
Have to be this one since it's the only Strat I've ever owned. Lol
Aye, they are getting expensive. I think I was extremely fortunate to come across mine. I saw the ad just as it popped up. Got it for $850. Even more fortunate that it turned out to be a good one. Someone played it hard for 40 years before me and never changed anything but frets, nut and the volume pot.
If I had to pick one, it would be my 2007 Custom Shop Classic. ENJOY!!!
It may not be too expensive it it sure is pretty!
Steve was a bit of a hero of mine from the Small Faces onward.
Definitely this one.
To people who post pics of people and expect everyone to know who it is , we don't ! Sometimes yes, lots of times no. Musical tastes are so varied and peoples pictures don't always look like how you may have seen them , so please if you post pics, please post who it is !
the coolest? probably the one with the floyd and the humbucker (in my avatar). they called it a floyd rose classic. i loved that thing, but had to get rid of it during some tough times. there was no way i was getting rid of rehab.
No pics but the coolest and by far the heaviest was my clear acrylic Strat. Was talked into selling it back to the fellow I bought it from who eventually resold it.....
I built the coolest Strat ever.
Suhr Pete Thorn clone. Has everything Pete's Suhr Strat has.
Strat 1 by , on Flickr
This one. 2017 EJ Sig:
there are two that stand out to me, one wasnt even a fender..... actually both werent.
the first would be an old SQ serial strat from japan. it was all black with maple, and modeled to look like a 70s strat. it sounded great and played really really well.
the other would be a warmoth boat neck (lefty) slapped on some old home made body from some luthier guy. the body was super light, and that body and that neck together had this vibration to them that just really made them fun to play.
Imho there's nothing cooler than the Am Deluxes
Classic Player 50's?
