It is indeed better than most
Shall we replace "best" with "favorite" just to make it a little more subjective?
Agree. If “best” used in a simple declarative sentence was followed by “for me” it would be an improvement.
You’re just groping.
One man's groping is another mans' free associating! How's that for a deep thought?
But to be very serious for a moment if I may, I try to label things 'good or bad' in an object way in that the project is 'good' if it meets the goals of the creator. If it does not meet these goals, it is bad. If it exceeds the expectations of the creator, such as becoming hugely popular or influential, it is 'great'.
I remember when there was an electronics/department store chain called Best. I guess their name was "Best Products", but their store sign just said "Best".
I was also going to post a reference to Deep Thoughts by Jack Handey.
Wasn't there a 'Best Buy' a long time ago?
Best I leave this thread alone.
Awesome is best.
Why not just ban the trifecta... Good, Better, Best.
The old saying could now be...
Mediocre, Acceptable, exceeds expectations
Never stop implementations
Until your mediocre is Acceptable and your Acceptable is exceeds expectations.
best can be a fact and an opinion.
