Not sure how to wire this rail bridge pickup for an Esquire.

The green wire looks braided and the red and white wires are soldered together. Any wiring advice would be appreciated.

Is it a Seymour Duncan by any chance? They tend to have green as the end of coil. You might find the braided wire is a different one from the green but twisted together or soldered up with the green. Those will go to earth. The red and white need to stay together. The black will be the hot.

That's what I can glean about the pickup. I'm not familiar with Esquire wiring. Do you have a schematic you want to follow? We could probably tell you how to hook this pickup up within that schematic if you want to post a picture of it on here.

The pickup is a Kent Armstrong - not sure of the model.

Ah, OK... they're sold by WD Music. Maybe they'll have a wiring diagram on their website? If not, an email to their customer service should suffice. Combine that with an Esquire wiring diagram and you should be good to go.
