Headed to Vegas! Suggestions for Things to See ??

I am crossing the pond for a conference in Vegas next week.
I don't really gamble much (mostly because I suck at it) and I have been to Vegas before.
I have seen Caesar's Palace, Old town Vegas (Fremont St), the major casinos, the Aquarium, and Madame Tussaud's.

On this trip I plan to visit the following in my off-time:
    Billy Gibbons concert
The Carroll Shelby Museum (Shelby America),
    a Zombie Burlesque Show,
J&E Guitars.. along with the more common guitar shops (Sam Ash and Guitar Center).

Any other similar or off-the-beaten path stuff worthy of a visit????

Atomic Cafe? I tried to look it up and found "The Kitchen at Atomic" and "Atomic Liquors". Are either of these what you were referring to?

I've seen the Blue Man Group (in Texas!) and two Cirque de Soleil shows (but not Mystere). Good suggestions. Thanks.

Mystere is my favorite, musically and theatrically.

If you partake, a trip to the Nevada Wellness Center might be worthwhile.

Go & have fun. But whatever you do...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DO THE BUFFET AT SAM'S CLUB CASINO OFF THE STRIP! I made a mistake of eating there with my family the last evening before flying home. I got the nastiest food poisoning I've ever had. Couldn't keep anything down all night. But the + was I won about $200 in a poker tournament right before I "lost" everything ;)

It pays to pay more for food there.

Just pick a spot where you can watch folk walking up and down the strip, grab a beer and watch the world go by - it’s by far the best show in Vegas...

Last time we were there we choppered out to the Grand Canyon for breakfast which was pretty cool...

First time around we did that. Stayed in Boulder City, drove around to some scenic places in the area; very nice.
Later trips were more about the city . The Luxor always blows my mind ; I just love being near and inside of it.
Custom BLT's at 4 a.m. in the coffee shop/café are imprinted on me for eternity
