    Yo,

I appreciate it ! Everything is there to melt some metal, maybe some TLC is all that's needed, & a few pennies too, as no doubt there'll be some "funny" threads with the tremolo screws etc etc.

Once set-up proper, it should be a fine axe for any musical style. And it could also make a great test-mule too for some pick-up swaps if needed.

    Enjoy, Ibanez rock,\m/,

    Rastus,

Neither of us are trem fans so no issues there, we took it apart and looked at it and did not see anything obvious wrong, this is mostly for Boyo and he said "let's put strings on and see if it works. It does. The pickups sound good and the controls work. It some point we will do a fret level and crown but it plays/sounds just fine for it's age.

I'm lovin' me some deep scallops again! Still training myself not to pull either E string off the edge of the board, and the result is more missed notes than usual, but I thought I'd post this anyway. I wish I'd gotten this in before the Faulkner video, that was amazing!

Thanks! Yeah, it's bringing back memories. My only guitar from '98 to '15 was a YJM strat, and I regretted selling it. The new one's nicer in several ways and I guess the expensive upgrade is worth it.

    BUMP !!!

    Yo folks,

This tune was going to end-up in my thread, but this one needed a bump lol ! I hope you like it, it was completed with the Oly-white Stratocaster, & has some heavy moments, almost Sabbath like...

    Rock on \m/,

It looks like a white Strat but it has a black heart.
    Great stuff again, @Rastus \m/

    I love it,

    Hey folks,

Here comes another one, if only to celebrate the winter-solstice down this way, so summer is coming at long last....

I just put this one together on the little SG, & thought "what-the-hey", let's post it up,-especially since the last tune went over so well lol ! Similar feel here to what you're used to from me I suppose, but I was really surprised at how well it gelled together after an uninspiring ( I thought ) start from myself.

More up-beat & powerful than the last tune, & the solo guitar is the 1st-take all-the-way through, warts & all...( Sometimes the fluffs here & there add to the excitement, so they stayed lol )...

    Have a great week-end,

    Rastus

I guess this is as good of a place to post this as any...fitting a way. A farmer or just a land owner deals with poachers/hunters in a kick butt way.

Not bad but something about the vocals in this one isn't doing it for me. I think you may have suggested these guys to me before in another thread? In any case, I did like their Pathogenic Ocular Dissonance album
