Cleaning the garden. Quality time with the kids and played guitar for at least 30 minutes this weekend...... 20180915_165451.jpeg 20180915_102144.jpeg IMG-20180914-WA0000.jpeg

She is always happy. Dragging me upstairs to play guitar and she "plays" her ukelele. She demands me to play bad moon rising all the time. Guitars and those kids are my long life.

It is not a mower. How do you call this? It takes the top layer off the ground by cutting in the ground. Google says scarifying hmmmm.

Scarifying. Odd term, I think thatcher or dethatcher is more common. Never owned one so not 100% sure

I watched horse racing on the TV and had a few bets , I had a winner in the states that put me a few euro bucks ahead yesterday and today I won €43 , I went down and saw a friends band play at the pub on Friday night and had a few pints

Twice a year it is used to ventilate the lawn. It has blades and takes the top layer off and cuts into the ground. The we use some extra seeds to make it full again. I don't know. Maybe Belgian people are just strange....

Son has been here all weekend. Looks like the nest of a family of huge musical birds.

Yesterday, on my day off, traffic guard for marathon runners, until one. Standing and reading Rosencrantz and Guildenstdern Are Dead and making up tunes in my head. Then the guitar all evening, one of those times when I think to myself: Hey, I'm not all that bad... Today preparing for some kayaking this coming week... Quite breezy today, evidently from the hurricane down south....
