I'm looking for a little advice. I have 2 Golds and 1 Blue. I'm thinking about putting the Blue in the middle and the Golds in the bridge and neck. I've read that the Blue and Gold sound good together. Just seeing if anyone has any experience with this configuration. Thanks in advance.
Blue in the bridge, Golds middle and neck. The Blue is a lot thicker sounding than the Golds and would suit the bridge position. Way too muddy in the middle or neck position imo, although the old Strat Plus Deluxe did come stock with a Blue in the neck position for a pseudo humbucker tone.
