    That format gets a little strange when you go above the 9th fret.

    That one doesn't seem hard. You need to rack that pinky. Try this one
    O -7 -9 -11- 9- 0 (E add 9) hold it there for a couple hours at a time

    Why use your pinky? Use 3 2 1 you don't need the high B note on the E string either.

    That's my solution too.
    I can play that chord but I can't get my pinky in place fast enough so I don't use it. Let the bass player fill the bottom end is my reasoning.:D

    True you can just play Bm if the bass player plays the G. But you can play the root with your 3rd finger.

    I'm learning the thrill is gone, so I'm playing Bm7 on 8th fret and Em7. Problem is the Gmaj7 then F#7.
