right or left?
That is why I like the little Power Trio that I am in. The bass player and I each get a side. Less band drama too.
Move it back by 1cm each time you practice, they’ll never notice.
...clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right, here I am stuck in the middle with you...
This is largely drama free band, note I'm in my 9th year with them. That's a record for me we've only replaced one person in that time and that's because he moved to New Mexico.
toe memory, very important
Jerry Stiller was awesome!
My daughter and her husband are house shopping.
I've told her that she needs to find one with a basement.
The funny thing is, (and I didn’t realize it until you said that) my wife and I just decided yesterday to move my father in. He’s not doing well and she was the first one to say he needs to come live with us. (Bless her heart. She is a saint) He is as much trouble as Stiller’s character but not nearly as funny. Should be interesting!
Its his house ... he can take his ball and go home .
I hope that works out for y'all.
Does he play an instrument? Cowbell maybe?
Somehow I've rarely worked with more than one guitar.
Not from lack of interest on my part, I love guitar harmonies and such.
But given a choice of a keyboard player and another guitar, I'd rather the many sounds available from keys than another picker.
Also a lot of my favorite bands were guitar-bass-keys-drums.
Still, I miss doing those sweet guitar harmony parts.
I came home from work once and found my amp and cab in the garage (my parents house), the band decided that I didn't fit and fired me without telling me, but at least they brought my gear over for me.
Anything can work, in this band the other guitarist plays on about half our songs and sometime he switches with the bass player. For good or ill, I'm the primary guitarist.
incrementalism is the sneak's way!
