I'd go with nothing because if my life had not played out as it has then I wouldn't be me now would I?:sneaky:

I would have never started smoking. I would have studied more in high school and not cut school as much. I would have gotten a degree in civil engineering. I would have bought a 59 Bassman in 1972 for $200 or less.

Do I get a do over?

EDIT: Now now before I get questions, I have lived well. My wife and I are comfortable and satisfied with what we did on our own. Sometimes I think that there maybe re-incarnation. I know what this life has brought, where would I end up on another? Isn't anyone curious?

I’d have been born with some singing talent. I’m the worst singer on planet earth and yet I enjoy little more than playing my acoustic and singing. But if anyone’s in earshot, I don’t do it. But that’s a small price to pay for what’s otherwise been basically a charmed life, through the first 60 years at least. I wouldn’t DO anything differently - not anything of any consequence anyway...
