Hmmm, I guess you could always squeeze some rocket fuel out of it.

Pretty good, it worked hard 15-20 years ago but has led a pretty quiet life since.

Less. The liver is the only organ that can regenerate part of itself.

No you can sell part of yours & the rest should regenerate.

Let us know how it goes. :)

Hi everyone, as all of you may know by know, that wasn't the guitar the girl had.. and there was no girl... I met the guy at the mall, said he was using his girlfriend account to post in Facebook's marketplace. Anyway, he was carrying a gigbag and inside there was a guitar of the same color of the one posted, same headstock, but with a fake fender water decal... It didn't have the vintage tuners either. I told the guy that wasn't the guitar he posted, but he swore it was.. I just thanked the guy for his time, and left, he got kind of pissed. I guess he has been trying to move that guitar without luck, hopping someone will fall for the scam. I'm sorry for all the time I made you guys waste, I really thought it was a good one, and not gonna lie, got very excited on it too. I also wanna thank you for the information provided, bot more important for your concern! I had a great time reading all the posts! and shared them with my friends. all my organs are fine btw :)

Edit: Watching the pics againg, Headstock wasn't the same, just similar.

    No Problem.

We are just glad you and your organs got out of there intact.

Should’ve asked him why he posted the same photos from the eBay ad. Then again he knows what he did so it wouldn’t have really served any purpose other than to show you were on to him and he’s lucky you’re not calling the authorities. (Whether they’d care or not who knows).

What a chump. “I think I’ll post photos of a better but similar guitar see if anyone is stupid enough to fall for it...”

I believe in karma and I hope he gets his.

A shame but as usual if something seems too good to be true....

You’ve nothing to apologise here for, I thought this whole thread was very entertaining!

Better luck next time, and congratulations on keeping all your body parts (and wallet) intact!

Certainly the safest thing to do. I'm glad you didn't fall for it, and that nothing bad happened.

Edit: I once went to a junk yard after phoning and being told they had a good radiator I needed. When I got there after work, dressed in a jacket and tie, a couple very large, greasy, muscular guys pointed to a radiator they had brought in to the very dirty and dark "office". It had big green streaks where it had been leaking. I pointed this out and they insisted it was not leaky. I did what you did, thanking them and leaving. I left very quickly and got out of the yard without delay, and was relieved I didn't get told that I had to buy the radiator to before I could go.
