Just had a Seymour Duncan Antiquity bridge pup installed in my LP Jr Tribute 2019. This is now my favorite guitar. I can't put it down it's so easy to play and sounds great.

More accurately, I should have wrote "traded"...
That strat, a USA 2014 FSR Mystic Aztec gold, had the most 'natural' sustain of ANY guitar I've ever owned! REALLY sweet guitar- but I'm a sucker for a sunburst and a rosewood neck; when a board member said he wanted to trade I was wavering, but the clincher was his was also an FSR USA(2013), mystic sunburst, soft "V" neck, compound radius and compound profile. DONE! I've never had a more comfortable Strat neck in my hands. Absolutely love it!

I've seen pics of your gold Strat- VERY sweet! I don't blame you at all for making that a forever keeper!

ALSO- @Ebidis; here's a pic in incandescent light...notice the change...LOL? WEIRD! I love it though. In real life it's between those two pictured colors...

That is actually really cool. Not a common color on a Les Paul, so that makes it cooler. :thumb:

Here is my only Gibson: 2008 Studio in Arctic White with ebony fretboard.

THAT finish, to me, is THE finish for an LP!

BEAUTIFUL guitar, sir!! IF I had a black R8 I'd trade ya!

Bro, I've been droolin' over that guitar since you first posted it! LOVE a white LP! (and Strat, for that matter, too!)

It's a tough bridge to cross for sure! But, I just couldn't take it any longer and did it awhile back. LP's just look right to me with a guard. Having said that, I kept it on for awhile, and to switch it up a thought I'd see it again without the guard and see how bad the dreaded teeny tiny hole sticks out. At least on my desert burst the hole isn't noticable at all on the top and I never look at the bottom side so I'll keep it off for a little while until I can't stand the non Traditional look any longer. I say go for it if your a guard kinda guy. 20180720_010649.jpeg

My one and only, a 2016 Traditional T in Desert Burst. Love it.

2013 R8 wearing his new tuxedo. Used to be Sunrise Tea Burst. Now as close to “the” Blackburst as four figures can get. Real 50s caps and upgraded with custom Haeussel 59 pickups. IMG_0075.JPG IMG_0077.JPG View attachment 314878

    Beautiful guitar!

LOL- Benny Cintioli is a trip! Been a few years since I've seen him but ALWAYS an experience when I went there- ALWAYS a good deal too. Last time I needed a small mixer for Stage monitors; he had an old one with pots instead of sliders (forgot the technical names). Anyway- he's got me up on a ladder, crawling across a large shelf in the rear of the store to retrieve the thing; NOS still in the box. "So how much Benney?" I ask as I'm dusting off the cobwebs from my hair. "EH, well, you went an got it...35 bucks."

    SOLD!

    I’ve got a gold one.
Don’t tell my wife, but I sure would like to find a bourbon burst.

Bought used in 1976-ish a '73 Custom. I still have all of the parts, except the strap buttons. I beat the snot out of it when I was young, but it has survived. Cleaned it up like never before and rewired the cavity a year or so ago.

Original pots and caps. The pickup leads were from two DiMarzio PAF pickups I had in it since 1978:

Redone with 60s aerospace surplus caps and 500k pots. I reinstalled the original T-top pickups while I was at it:
