The Tyler headstock may truly be the ugliest thing ever created by man.

As far as big or small Frender headstocks, I have both, both work, I don't have a prefferance.

You've never been blessed to see Lil' Wayne do a solo, that wins ugliest contest, lol. Small headstock all the way, unless it's free, then gimme. Will never look a gift-strat in the mouth.

Inside every large headstock is a small one hiding and trying to absorb the large ones mojo and failing.....

Realistically they all work its just a question of asthetics.

Large CBS for me, no question.

(In fact, if they weren't making the 1970's replica's, I'd only own my Strat-Plus, & have at least 6-more-SG's or other)...

    True,

The original headstock is a far more graceful and elegant design.

Nonetheless I prefer the large headstock for the Hendrix, Blackmore, Uli Jon Roth etc. mojo.

It looks like the original Fender design was melted into a lava lamp, which is kind of perfect for the look of the late 60s & the 70s.

    Anyway, I own both types.

Now that's a big headstock Doglet. So big that they had to put pickups and a bridge on it and scrap the body because they ran out of wood... :)

Definitely prefer the look of the small headstocks.
