Goodbye partscaster tele, hello vox combo. So far I'm liking it.
Congrats ! I think you're going to love that amp. I've had my AC 15 for 3years now and I'm still thrilled with it. Hint, AC's sound best when you push the tubes and make them work for it! That's blisteringly loud with an AC 15 though.
great amp. i have the ac30 and the ac4 and like them both. that ac10 is perfect for everything.
I want one ... Congratulations !
I wasn't exactly searching for one, but I needed something compact when I want to go to practice and don't wanna drag out the Orange head and cab.
is your orange cab 16 ohms? and how many speakers are in it. if its 16 ohms, plug the vox into it and prepare to be blown away. if its not 16 ohms, DONT DO IT.
Very nice, congrats. Someday a Vox will be added to my collection.
Yeah my orange cab is 16 ohms. This 10" speaker does one hell of a good job though. I got this earlier today with the intent on flipping it because it's literally brand new, but I don't think it's going anywhere now. It's amazing sounding.
yeah the 10' sounds great, but wait till you plug it through that cab.
Good choice of amp. I have had mine for about two years now and really like it. I did change the tubes to JJ's to smooth out the sound. Don't let the 10 Watts fool you, it can get pretty loud.
Congrats on the new amp.
I tried one out at the store the other day and it sounded just as good as the AC15....
I mean in a sense kind of better with a gain knob and all.....Just great tone all around smaller too.
Classic AC sound!!!!!
Was my first tube amp. I forgot I can hook it up to one of my ppc cabs.
