Is there anything about the Classic series that would stop me from swapping the neck out to my warmoth neck?

I don't know much about string spacing so i wasn't sure if the classic series have a different spacing or not. I'm not into the fretboard radius.

It should bolt right up, but...

It is the nut widths and/or the bridge widths that could be different between the 2. Those decide where the strings lie over the face of the fretboard.

Need more info, you can bolt it up and try, or you can measure yourself and compare.

Looks like the Classic Series 50s has a 42mm nut width while the Warmoth has a 43mm nut width. Is 1 mm going to make all that much difference?

    Nope. Not really that significant.

I could be wrong but since the Classic Series has the wide bridge spacing you should be good to go and work fine.
