I'm having an issue that just started today. Coincidentally, Windows forced my computer to shut down and update while I was at work, so I'm thinking this could have something to do with it, but I'll ask anyway.

I am seeing pixelated text. It will clear up and become normal if I mouse over it, but it's very annoying.

Attached is a screenshot of what I'm seeing.

I've tried the 'smooth text edges' fix that I'm finding recommended, but it does nothing.

If you're using Chrome, try using incognito mode and see if that works. IF it does, try disabling add ons one by one to see if one of those got jacked up during the update...

I just thought about this....you may not be able to read this....

I can read it. It's inconsistent.

Seems to be related to pages loading - refreshing will make them better.

I don't know what incognito mode is, but I'll research it.

Does this only happen within Chrome, or are you saying all text on your computer does this?

    Seems to be only Chrome.

Disabled adblockers and seems to be better.

Word documents, pdfs, and other browsers don't seem to have any issue.

Something I've found with anything from Google is there's usually a payoff for what you get 'free', and that can be a whole load of background processing you never signed up for. I'm afraid I don't use Windows often enough to know how to do this, but if you can monitor the processing activity, you may be in for a shock.

I stopped using any Google app some years ago for this reason.

Im assuming you've done a reboot, so try uninstalling and reinstalling chrome. If you have CCleaner on your machine, run it after you uninstall and before reinstall. Reboot before you reinstall.

I would reset chrome to default settings. If that did not work I would then uninstall and reinstall it.
