They guessed the same thing for me, a Deluxe or Twin. They were wrong, I play a Tweed style Swart and a Marshall style Freidman. Pretty sure if you select Blues and Classic Rock they go with the Fender unless you choose a humbucker guitar. I even selected the D28 for the guitar I'd pick form their options.

I did take it again and only changed the guitar answer to a Les Paul and it told me a Marshall.

I actually picked the -335 as I don’t love (for me!!!) anything other than a SSS configuration for my strats and would rather play a -335 than a humbucker in the bridge Strat.

    They're way off:

Result: A classic British stack like a Marshall or Hiwatt

They didn't get mine at all - Kemper digital modeler. I own only one amp - Suhr Badger 18 :)

Not even close. Not a little. I'm outraged.

    My house.
My amp is a bit of an oddball. A VHT 12/20.

They guessed a deluxe reverb or twin.

Not bad. They scored me as using a Vox AC15 combo, I actually use an AC4 head into a 112 cab some of the time.

That's interesting. It says Orange Tiny Terror and I do own a Micro Dark. I mostly play through the Mustang, though.

    They said Marshall or HiWatt.
    I've never owned either :p

But it was a bit of fun!

    Twin or Deluxe ... wrong.
    Not very accurate.
I've never owned (other than rental stock) and very rarely played a Twin.
I do in fact own a Deluxe Reverb but rarely play it.

No Strat as a choice of guitar ?
Even after selecting 'defy categorization' I feel like the answer was very generic.

Marshall or HiWatt, it says. Actually, it’s a Roland Cube.

Having no experience with a Marshall or HiWatt, is that anywhere near?

    I got Vox AC15.
I have a Laney VC15, so they weren't too far off.
But I really want a DRRI...

They had me for Marshall. I'm mainly a Blackstar guy, so in the ballpark at least

For me, they got the Marshall part correct, but I use a DSL Combo - not a stack ( but I'd like to have one )

I don't own any British amps, just a couple Peaveys, the Monoprice 15, and the home-built '57 Princeton. I used to want a Marshall stack, but have gravitated toward small amps. With motorcycles they say that it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than a fast bike slow. For amps, that translates to "It's more fun to play a small amp cranked up loud than a big amp turned down so it's quiet." :)

    It thinks I could afford a twin! I want a refund!!

I don't even own a tube amp but if I did it would probably be an x2 just for the price, Blackstar if I had the cash.

I've seen worse. Why wasn't I able to choose a Strat? Luckily I'm happy with a Tele. Well they got it right about a Fender but "A Fender combo like a Twin Reverb or Deluxe" isn't very accurate - a Twin is far too loud, clean & heavy for me - I play a Vibroverb.
