No doubt about it. Worth every penny too.....I literally feel like I stole this guitar, it feels and sounds like I should've paid 3 times the amount.

hey, whats the deal with the pickups? would you compare them closely to any of the fender style singles, or are they more lipstick sounding, as they appear?

Lua, they are lipsticks and thats what they are[and also the reason I have chosen this specific pickup configuration - they're available with an open-coil 'bucker in the bridge as well]. Cool thing about that, is that I can get lots of snap and bite like a Tele, and lots of Gretsch-meets-Fenderesque shimmer for pop style rhythm stuff. It's actually a very very versatile guitar, and I'm digging having the Gibson style toggle selector on the bout. Having the chambered body helps round out the tone and give it just a little muscle. All in all, this is hands down my new favorite guitar.

It'd look perdy cool with a tabacco burst and Gibson style fret markers, one reason I was never a huge fan of jacksons. But still pretty cool. Hngd!

Hey Tony! That is one awesome looking guitar. The design is a really cool modern + retro.

I had no idea Charvel made guitars like yours. All I picture when I think of them are pointy bodies, banana headstocks, humbuckers and Floyd Rose bridges.

You've got a really unique looking and I bet sounding guitar. Enjoy it and don't tease us for too long. Let's get a look and listen of you playing it.

Thanks man - I'll post a vid soon. Also, this guitar is not made by Charvel, it is made by GRB and called the "Kokocaster". Basically, they took the Charvel Surfcaster[which are no longer manufactured]design, stepped it up a couple of notches, and knocked it out of the park. This guitar is the most solidly built I've ever owned, and no matter what I do to it nor how violently I try, I can NOT pull it out of tune...it's incredible.

    Hey Tony,
They don't mention much about the neck size / shape in the specs. Is this a heavy Gibsonish style neck or more streamlined kind of Wizzard type?
