im looking to replace my 8 hole pick Guard on my 57RI CIJ Strat but I’m getting conflicting info. Question is: will 8hole MIA/MIM pick Guard fit MIJ/CIJ Stratocasters. Thanks

The photo appears to match the typical '50s 8 hole pattern.
It's not unusual for one or more pickguard holes to not align perfectly, though.

I'd say it's pretty universal for one or more holes not to align!

Of all the dozens I must have bought and fitted over the years, I can only remember two that needed no filling and redrilling of holes. They were both for MIMs, one was a 3-ply for a Classic Player, the other a tortoiseshell for a Classic Series 60s.

Wish I could remember where I bought them ...

(I recently refitted a pg to a Squier Strat after leaving it off for about a year and a half, and even that didn't fit anymore!)

There’s always warmoth. 25$ a pickguard is not bad, especially if it’s custom made. It should fit superbly

Warmoth also has PDFs of their hole patterns. You could print it out and lay it over yours to double check. That's what I did before buying mine.
