Coydogs wow! Not heard of them. We have coywolfs (and regular wolfs too) and they are also less afraid of people.

The brown tarantula? I'm pretty sure that is the actual name.

    http://animal-world.com/encyclo/reptiles/spiders/OklahomaBrownTarantula.php

That article says they make great pets, but the one's I've found seem to prefer to be left alone. I do just that, other than take pics.

The other spider in those pics is a Black Widow .. not sure of the exact type ... we have lots of those. As long as they stay away from the house I leave them be too. That one was on the house and sadly had to be dispatched.

In the neighbourhood some years ago we were attacked by that big yellow bugger. My brave twins tried to keep him back until I got out the gun.
Sure I had to shoot him with my shrotgun. He spit out some sparkles and flashes until he slowly faded away.

Not my picture but from my city. A wild boar made its way into the city and hung around the parks. This is a shot of the (not so little) bugger with a police car in hot pursuit. The boar escaped into a park but was later run over by a car. They are cool critters but can be dangerous when cornered, so having them in parks and around playgrounds is less than desirable.
