Rose pickups

    My bad guys -- my limited brain saw only "Dec 2" and thought it was a recent thread (I'll be sure to check the YEAR as well next time!!) :(

    Received mine, the Neck & middle were staggered and the bridge was a buff beauty flat stagger. I didn't like them on my parts caster with a warmoth gibson scale neck. Rather than taking a chance of damaging them by pushing down the poles I sold them and went back to a set of Fender CS '54 with flat wound D'Addario 10's.

    I have a set of Robusta/Buff Beautys in one of my strats and I can't say enough good about them.

    Dumb question, but why does Rose run the wire out the topside of the bobbin? Most PU's I see run them like Fender always has, through the bottom. I know it makes no difference, it just looks off.....
