Here's a picture of my 2004 MIM Fender Satin Midnight Blue Stratocaster, with an awesome scalloped neck mod that I just had done for me.

Are there any other Satin Strat owners on here?

Those are really pretty. I've seen the maroon version, don't know what the real color name is. It felt really nice. I've heard that blue is an unpopular color for guitars, but I don't get that. I have a 97 Godin LGT in trans blue. I love the way it looks. Will try to post a picture of it.

Wanted a blue one when they first came out, but I waited and now they're discontinued. Hardly ever see those used, but I'm keeping my eyes open. Had a charcoal satin black for a while but never bonded with it. A friend of mine has the red one which is nice too, but that midnight blue with the black pickguard is my favorite. The scalloping looks cool too! Enjoy it!

I wanted one of those MIM Standards in that paint scheme, but I couldn't find a rosewood board version for a decent price. So I bought a MIM Standard in Electron Blue and put a black pickguard and black plastic parts on it.

Someone in AZ gigs with one of those. When I first saw it, I though he went and did a half-a55ed job of relicing it. I talked with the guy briefly. He said he didn't relic it, but playing it polished up certain areas!

Very true. It's hard to tell from the pic, but the forearm cut on my strat is getting very smooth.
