    Yup

That was the dumbest movie ever. Maybe it would have been scary if you could figure out what the hell was going on.

I think Dr. Strangelove is pretty scary in its own way - as well as being very funny of course.

The film becomes more relevant with each passing year.

    The Witch was ok.

Not as scary as I thought but I liked the setting.

Also watched The Ritual on Netflix. Not the greatest horror movie but I liked it better than the Witch.

One thing that’s annoying about a lot of horror movies is when they under light the “scary” parts. If you can’t see anything it doesn’t help to scare you

    Nowhere, man ...
Trailer for the new Suspiria scared the jeboosums out of me
so I told Mrs. M I didn't want to see it. we were looking at seats
for The Nutcracker , but the theater was
full of ankle biters so we saw Redford's The Old Man And The Gun

slow-ish, but very good. not at all scary

I saw the original. I’ll have to look into this.

For tonight’s commute selection we have:

    Before I Wake.

Might as well keep the momentum going

I saw The Omen when I was 12. I couldn't sleep for 2 days. Seriously. It scared the crap out of me.

I saw it again a few years ago, and I was like "really? everything that happened in that movie could have just been coincidence." It wasn't scary at all.

I thought the original (Suspiria) was unbearably stupid/bad, but
I don't really like H films. The new one has LOTS of good people in it, starting with Tilda :thumb:

"The day Strat talk went down"

Crazed gearhead wandering the net, lost and hungry.
The virus spread and some wondred to other sites in search of musical gear sustanance...it was horrifying.

In all seriousness I still vote for The Omen or Exorcist.

The first Texas Chainsaw Massacre was pretty scary at that time. I saw it at a drive in at the tender age of 8.:D

I remember seeing War of the Worlds when I was about 8 y.o. I had dreams off and on till well in my thirty's. Always I was hiding from them, and always they were looking for me!

Wow. I was too much of a wimp to watch it. Saw it for the first time when I was in my 30s.

The part where the chainsaw comes out from under the clothes line and hacks off the dudes leg was nuts. LOL.

Anyone remember The Car? I love how the cop car bursts into flames for no reason whatsoever at about 1:00.

No but you just made me think of Christine. Not the scariest movie. But some great one liners in that

“Well that’s what everybody wants... Well **** you! I’m fixing up Christine”.

Wow I need to see “The Car”. LOL amazing trailer.

Christine is probably my favorite Stephen King movie. I wanted that Plymouth Fury so bad after seeing it.
