The songs I mentioned I perform in my duo which is acoustic guitar and electric guitar. With me on backup vocals, it doesn't get any more limited :).

We also do Ain't No Sunshine and Wonderful Tonight. Both of those songs go over really well in our stripped down configuration and draw the couples onto the dance floor.

I have done Peaceful Easy Feeling in our duo. I don't have a huge range. My buddy is pretty good at harmony vocal so he will add a part.

Limited vocal range? That sounds like a job for Parisienne Walkways...spoken lyrics, pretty easy guitar, you can leave out the "endless" note.
I you were willing to make some changes...singing in a lower register..."Stil Got The Blues For You" would be a good choice as well.
    "Something"...the Beatles.
    "Whenever You Come Around"...Vince Gill

Even though they've been played to death by almost every cover band, and bore me to the same ending fate, in my experience Wonderful Tonight for sure, and then Lights are always guaranteed to get couples on the dance floor, and getting them out there is what it's all about in bar band land.

The Albert King arrangement of The Very Thought of You:

Reworking it for a three piece arrangement would be fairly easy, the lyrics are moving, and it's not too hard on the vocalist

I don't wanna talk about it - Rod Stewart
Groovy Kind of Love - Phil Collins version
    White Rabbit - Grace Slick
    Rock Steady - Bad Company

All pulled of recently with a line up as you describe. All went down super good.

Nazareth's version of Love Hurts, not to complicated on the guitar, drum beat steady and slow, not much range needed by the singer and a song everyone knows even if they don't realise it

I have to ask, did you listen to this song? I love it but I'm not sure how you can say not much range needed. I don't know a whole lot of people that can sing that high.

    Thank you.

It's been one of my favorite songs, I wore out a vinyl copy of the LP listening to that track, and the reason I own an Epi V isn't for metal, it's for Albert King.

King could express much with few notes. There's a great lesson to learn there.
