Time for Magic Sam

    How many know here know of Magic Sam?

    I once got some blues cds fro a local libary here in Denmark. Some was Magic Sam and since its so good I need to share it here.

    Yeah Sam was cool, out of the same school of blues as Otis Rush & Buddy Guy. And arguably as good as both. And he's not even playing his own guitar in the clip above! Sam was a big influence on Ronnie Earl.

    It's sad that he died so young. A heart attack at 32 doesn't seem fair, somehow.

    Great blues man Duster Bennet did a couple of really good covers My Love is Your Love and another one I can't quite bring to mind

    Sam was us there with the greats, IMO, but gets overlooked a lot, unfortunately.
