just saw this idea mentioned in one of Dogletnoir's posts of recent music (which are extremely good to listen to, and good for you too)

Tuesday Bluesday... and I thought hey I got a little thing that is nearly done, I've just got to figure out some words and how to play it, and the idea of this challenge made it happen... so here it is: Homer Did Covers of Nile River Blues

and I think it would be awesome to see any kind of blues you want to play and post... and since Tuesday is nearly over, I think we can not pay too strict attention to such an arbitrary concept as day naming anyway - let's just play some blues! however or whatever....

Yeah, that minor/major m3 M3 thing in blues is weird. Why does it work? Never heard or read anyone that could explain why it works the way it does, it just does. :)

I've listened to all the electric "Kings" and T-Bone, and all the Chicago guys.. Muddy, the Wolf, etc.. and the delta guys too. Some of it must have stuck with me. ;)
