any opinions, suggestions, comments would help! Thanks!
there's a link to our upcoming shows on reverbnation.com.. I added the link on the website... You think I should add it to that website as well though... I just hate updating that website all the time.. When I update reverbnation it automatically goes to the other websites like Facebook
That's effing great. Yall are plenty goofy enough looking, the page is simple, the photos are good and I listened to some of your vids and they represent you well.
Wish I were younger...
Maybe a short bio on each player such as what they play and the music styles they like and perhaps a quote?
Part of the business end
Thanks!!! We have a picture of our bass player completely passed out drunk on the sidewalk downtown I was going to use lol but his face isn't in it
that would be cool I'll talk to them about it tomorrow... We're actually getting interviewed by 99.1fm tomorrow
I'll add it another time.. We have a really busy next few days including our first gig out of the city
the lead guitarist is 51 years old.. but with no kids or wife he might as well be 25
Yeah, I can believe that. My 6ft tall almost 16 hairy drum god is foremost in my scheduling/planning.
It's beyond cool you play with your son
Ever work on cars/boats/house with family? It's like that.
my dad was a mechanic his entire life.. owned his own shop so I'd work in the summer.. My dad and I are extremely close.. He's 64 now but we still go play basketball at LA fitness every week and we smoke guys in their 20's. My dad can't miss a 3 pointer lol.. He's soooo supportive of the music too, he comes to almost every gig and is always pushing us and believes in us.. He's always been a hard working logical man from Sicily. So to see him support my music was actually really shocking to me. I only started a few years ago, at first he seemed skeptical ("finish college instead") now it seems he whole heatedly thinks I can make music my life
Sounds like my kinda guy, with the exception that my shot is lifetime broke. The boy and I play basketball together during good weather. Mainly with guys at the park. He does not even mind me playing with him and kids from HS. I did not try to groom my kid to do music, I told him he was not a "little me" that he might like different things. So since I put no pressure on him he became a dynamite bassist and is climbing as a drummer. He could easily gig right now, is on snare line, concert percussion and is drummer for jazz band. Supportive is an understatement. I think my kid will get a music degree and teach/perform.
Give my regards to your dad for me.
any shows in canada
I like the website! I have nothing constructive to add except to repeat that you remind me of Lit, a lot, and a little of Sister Hazel too.
That is sooo awesome! I will!
