look at this
Hell yes that was awesome. Good for her
I've seen that before.
Holy guitar face(s)! And always makes me think that former girlfriends of mine have told me my O face looks the same as my guitar face.
Joanna is great
Not the most subtle musician I have ever seen.......
That's pretty cool, she rips but that is some awful tone though.
Well, if I had practiced for a million years like she did, I could do this just as well as her...
(Which is of course exactly why it’s so cool)
If you think it's disturbing, how do you think we feel?
That's what I'm here for.
Without someone, like me, to push the boundaries, how do we know where they are?
Not that I care to have rocks or booo's and stuff like that thrown at me but damn, that's damaging to the ears. Just a ton of noise to me, sorry.....
This was actually filmed at the North Atlantic Blues Festival in my hometown. I was there, and this was my thought as it was happening. "DAMN!!! She's a great player, just needs to spend some time fiddling with some knobs....."
Yeah I don't get it either sounds like noisy and sloppy playing to me.
And I don't get it either.
But then I didn't get Hendrix. Or Presley.
Well.. I got it... Loved it too. Its exactly what its supposed to be. Ripping your face off! Screw the 'twiddling with knobs' and inverted snobbery. Sometimes.. subtlety its not where its at.. and this is one of those occasions.. get down to it......... with 'knobs off'... ha ha
I don't know what kind of book cover she represents (woman?, large person?....all done before), BUT she can play. My problem is two fold, 1. Bad tone 2.Still waiting for some blues.
I would have thought that the classic example of "This is why you don’t judge a book by its cover" is this woman.
Aye, a real feel good clip.
