For this week's jam, how about something a bit mellower and in a major key?

Please do note that this is lucky week 88, as 8 brings luck according to Chinese culture.

    加油!

That's a "might perrty toon" right there Kev. Well selected.
    Hears(sic) mine.

That's a really cool vibe you got going on there. You're quite tuneful while playing with the whole band. Nice!

I decided to have a morning go at this, fully acoustic this time, as I haven't had that guitar out in a while.

Nice. You certainly kept it interesting throughout, changing things up.

I tried to keep together when I realized my G string was out of tune

Lovely as always. Nice choice on the guitar/pups/tone/effects. The package. Well played too. You seemed to find your way more and more into this one as is went. Perhaps you should always untune the G string. :thumb:

This a mix of everything in the refrigerator, sliced up and stir fried. I think I have to practice more and mix less. Thanks for listening

Very pleasant track, thanks @knh555! I started with a hi shred tone and doing some violining, but I eventually got with the programme. Diid two separate parts as the track was too busy by the end for anything to get through :D

    Edit: 'fixed' horrible clean tone!

Edit 2: I suspect one of my excellently cared-for cables became somewhat dislodged, hence the reduction in volume of the clean tone towards the end. Might fix, but probably can't be bothered :D

That's a sweet melody you came up with there, and quite unexpected, to me at least. You often find notes I don't hear as fitting. And then make them fit. Great playing as always. Restrained, but with your characteristic jazzy runs too.

oh, and the best way to violin (is that a verb?), is to use one of these (and I don't mean the Strat) :whistling:

I tuned my Tele to open A and used the neck pup. I used the Elevenrack J2 patch "Stereo Matches". There's a few clams but overall I liked it so it's printed. Thanks for listening
