    I bought an old Thomas organ company Cry Baby in 1979. I wired an ac adapter from a radio to because it sucked through batteries.

    some kind of Loco Box overdrive pedal that was painted construction orange, because that was the only color of spray paint we had in shop class...

    I hardly remember the pedal. but when I search for them now.. they seem to be worth a kidney. funny because I just called it "neon newman" and booted it around. I have NO idea where it ended up.

    My 1st pedals were MXR Dynacomp script and the orange Phase 90, both in 1976.
    I presently have a Hotone Xtomp pedal that has like 33 od/distortions from TS808, DirectDrive,Zendrive etc and the easiest to use and one of the best is a Yellow Drive 2knob. go figure

    I still have that that japanese 80's Boss but it is not working. Have not made time to take it to someone to fix it but that is a great pedal man!!

    This - kinda wish I still had it but I think my mom threw it out when I left home for college in the early 80s. I don’t think she liked the “balls” setting.
